Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 further business days for your order to arrive via UPS ground. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout, should you need it.
We can only ship to US addresses, and can not ship to PO Boxes.
Occasionally an item may be backordered and, if that is the case, we will notify you by email or phone.


If you should need to return or exchange an item, you can do so by calling us at 800.518.3339 or emailing us at info@gobaby.com. We are happy to exchange or return you item, however, shipping charges are not refundable.
